Sleep. Wanna know more about it ?

Hello readers..

Especially my Indian friends living in a country with poor healthcare system, where health care means taking care of sickness only when it's fullblown.

I have obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.

I diagnosed it myself coz nobody had any clue what it was even 5 years ago.

I have visited only one hospital that had a competent sleep technician.

And there is no specialisation course in sleep for a doctor.

I have thought through my illness that if only I had someone to tell me what was happening to me, I would have gotten better faster. I have been experimenting and only through trial and error found the way to diagnose and treat myself.

Now that I have understood something about it and sleep is one important thing going on in everyone's life, that's more important than anything else, I have decided to start writing here about it.

Sleep is one thing we all enjoy and need. You can go 41 days without food, 16 days without water, but only 3 days without sleep.

So if you feel you are always sleepy, if you snore too much or even a little, if you drowse off when driving, if you sleep even when standing up, then this blog is for you.
